Biography

Matt is the Head of Customer Experience for Waitrose, responsible for the development and execution of the multichannel customer service strategy. In addition he leads the Payments strategy for the business and ensures the smooth delivery of transformational change projects into the Waitrose store estate. He has been with Waitrose for 12 years and previously served in the Army for 9 years.

Matt has led the Customer Experience team for the last year. Prior to this he led the Retail Change and Retail Support functions, with responsibility for the Customer Contact Centre, the Operational Contact Centre and various other support functions. He has previously worked in stores, as a project manager and in a Business Development role.
